Reserved Seating Policy

Friday and Saturday Reservations:

The demand for two of the 'HOTTEST BANDS' in the ATL has been overwhelming! We have received numerous recommendations and suggestions regarding our reserved seating policy for Friday and Saturday nights. In an effort to better serve you, our valued customers, Barley's has implemented the following Reserved Seating Policy to streamline the process:
 
Downstairs Dining Area/Seating with the Band:

To reserve tables in our downstairs dining area, a table minimum is required for all parties. The minimum must be paid in full, when reservations are made. Reservations are confirmed ONLY when cash, debit or credit card payments have been received.

Table Minimums for Downstairs Dining Area:

1-10 Guests = $15/pp
11-20 Guests = $20/pp (requires 7 day advance purchase)
21-30 Guests = $30/pp (requires 14 day advance purchase)

The NON-REFUNDABLE table minimum (house credit) is applied towards your food and beverage purchases for the evening. There is no grace period on reserved seating as we normally have a waiting list. All guests are required to have checked in with a Hostess within 5 minutes of their reserved seating time(s).

Reservations are scheduled between 8:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. in the dining area.

Upstairs Lounge/Seating with the DJ:

To reserve tables in our upstairs lounge area, a table minimum is required for all parties. The table minimum must be paid when reservations are made. Reservations are confirmed ONLY when cash, debit or credit card payments have been received.

Table Minimums for Upstairs Lounge:

5-10 Guests = $10/pp
11-20 Guests = $15/pp (requires 7 day advance purchase)
21-30 Guests = $20/pp (requires 14 day advance purchase)

Reservations can be requested by calling 404-522-7177, or by sending an email to Reservations@barleysatl.com. Reservations for parties larger than 10 guests must be booked through our Special Events Director.

We highly recommend making reservations for Friday and Saturday nights at least one week in advance. Same-day reservations are rarely accepted (at Management's discretion), and based upon availability. Barley's does not own a parking lot, however there are several lots in the area with prices ranging from $5 to $10 per vehicle. Please keep in mind that parking is limited, so get here early.

Barley's accepts Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Cash. NO TRAVELERS CHECKS, PERSONAL CHECKS, OR DISCOVER CARDS ARE ACCEPTED. Table minimums can be paid for by phone or in person. We allow one credit card/payment method per reservation.

Barley's Sports Bar & Lounge Check Splitting Policy:

In the interest of providing exceptional service to all of our guests, Barley's has implemented the following check splitting policy to ensure that all of our guests are taken care of in an efficient and timely manner:

1) No check splitting when using discount coupons, punch cards, gift certificates or vouchers

2) Two-way check splits permitted for parties of 2-4 guests

3) No check splits allowed for parties larger than 4 guests. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please do not ask our staff to these relax these policies as refusal often offends.
